Is my data kept if I delete the app?
No. DingPOS stores everything locally on your device — deleting the app permanently deletes all products, orders, members, and settings, unless you've enabled cloud backup.
Before deleting the app, always run a manual backup and confirm it succeeded. After reinstalling, restore from the cloud.
