How does the free trial work?

You get 30 days of every Pro plan feature from first install, including staff accounts, permissions, the activity log and advanced reports — no account required.

Subscribing to any plan during the trial ends the trial right away, and the plan you bought applies from then on. After the trial, Pro features such as staff and advanced reports stay available only with a Pro subscription.

Within the last 7 days and on the final day, the app reminds you once each how many days are left, that checkout pauses when the trial ends, and that your data is kept.

Everything you create during the trial (products, orders, members) is kept in full. Your data is never deleted, whether or not you subscribe afterwards.
