How do I change the order products appear in?

In Products, tap Edit Order and drag product cards where you want them. The cashier and product management share this one order, so arranging it once updates both.

• With a large catalog, each card's menu offers Move to Front, Move to Back, and Move to Position, and every card shows its current position.
• Filter by a category first to reorder within that category only — products in other categories stay where they are.
• New products go to the front; editing a product's details never changes its position.

To sort by name, price, or created / updated time for a while, use the Sort By menu. Your custom order is kept, and switching back to Custom Order brings it back.
