Terms of Use

These terms and conditions apply to the Pikgeon app ("Application") for mobile devices, created by Alu Studio ("Service Provider") as a free service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms.

Use License

The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Application
• Attempt to extract the source code of the Application
• Translate the Application into other languages or create derivative versions
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

Third-Party Services

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own terms and conditions:

• Google AdMob
• Firebase Crashlytics

Device Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it may compromise security features and cause the Application to malfunction.

Internet Connection

Some features of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application not functioning at full capacity due to lack of internet access. If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms and data charges may apply.

Application Updates

The Service Provider may release updates to the Application from time to time. You agree to accept updates when available. The Service Provider may also discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, your rights under these terms will end, and you must stop using and delete the Application.

Disclaimer

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the Application.

Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
