How do I serve multiple customers at once?

The cashier screen supports up to 10 carts at the same time. Tap "+" on the cart bar to add one, and tap a numbered tab to switch.

Each cart is calculated independently. While customer A is still browsing, switch to another cart and check out customer B first. A cart slot is removed automatically once its checkout completes.
