Setting up gifts, paid add-ons, and bundle prices

Three composite offer types are available: gift with purchase (buy A get B), paid add-on (add $X to get Y), and bundle price (any N for $X).

Important: these offers never modify the cart automatically. When conditions are met, a suggestion banner appears on the cashier screen, and the cart changes only when the cashier taps Accept — deliberate, because gifts involve physical stock: someone needs to confirm it's on hand and the customer wants it.

• After Decline, the same suggestion won't reappear for this cart; a new or cleared cart prompts again.
• If a new suggestion appears before checkout confirmation, it must be Accepted or Declined before the order can be submitted.
• Bundle price: when more qualifying items are in the cart than the bundle needs, the highest-priced ones are pre-selected — the cashier can re-pick before confirming.
• Gift and add-on lines can't be discounted further by other money promotions, and don't count toward other promotions' thresholds.
