Welcome to Sotto. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using Sotto, you agree to be bound by these terms.

License to Use

ALU Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sotto on your personal device. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.

Restrictions

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, translate, or create derivative works
• Remove any copyright notices or labels from the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Your Data

All personal content you enter in Sotto (contacts, measurements, notes) is stored only on your device and is your sole responsibility. If you delete the App or clear App data, all stored information will be permanently lost unless you have an iCloud backup. We cannot recover any data for you. Anonymous usage analytics and crash reports are sent to Firebase servers to help us improve the App.

App Updates

We may release updates from time to time to improve functionality, fix issues, or enhance security. We recommend keeping the App up to date for the best experience.

Disclaimer

Sotto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ALU Studio's liability for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App exceed the amount you paid for the App. This includes but is not limited to data loss, device damage, or any other losses.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
