This privacy policy applies to the Babbby app ("Application") for iOS, created by Alu Studio ("Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS". By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Information Collection and Use

The Application may collect certain information automatically when you download and use it, through integrated third-party services. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
• Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• Usage data such as app feature interactions, session duration, and screens visited
• Crash logs and performance diagnostics

The Application does not use advertising services and does not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA).

Local Data Storage

All user-created content — including children's profiles, activity logs, completion records, and statistics — is stored exclusively on your device using a local database (GRDB/SQLite). This data is never transmitted to Alu Studio's servers or any third party. If you uninstall the Application, all local data will be permanently deleted.

In-App Purchases

The Application offers an optional one-time sponsor purchase ("Buy the Developer a Coffee") through Apple's StoreKit. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. Alu Studio does not collect, store, or have access to any payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID credentials.

Activity Recommendations

Activity recommendations provided by the Application are generated algorithmically for inspiration purposes only. They do not constitute medical, educational, psychological, or child-development advice. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any activity for their child.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies governing how they handle data:

• Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics

Data Retention

All activity data and app settings are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. Data collected by third-party services (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics) is retained according to their respective data retention policies. To delete local data, uninstall the Application or clear its data through your device settings.

Children's Privacy

The Application is a tool designed for parents and guardians to plan activities for their children (ages 0–6). It is not intended for direct use by children. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Children's profile information (name, birth date) is stored only on the device and never transmitted. Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data:

Opt-Out Options

• iOS: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements to manage analytics data sharing
• Uninstall: You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application

Security

We value the security of your information. All user data is stored locally on your device and protected by iOS's built-in security measures. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
